In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
25% of the total amount of the booking will be charged within 24 hours of making the booking.
The remaining 75% will be charged at least 7 days before the arrival date for rooms and at least 28 days before the arrival date for flats.

We will request these payments using our secure payment getaway/virtual TPV.

If the client cancels before 15:00 (CET) at least 30 days prior to arrival, 60 days prior to arrival in the case of flats, we will refund the 25% deposit minus a 25€ administration fee.

If the client cancels before 15:00 (CET) at least 7 days before arrival, 30 days before arrival for flats, the cancellation fee will be equal to the 25% deposit.

If the client cancels after this period of 7 days prior to arrival, 30 days prior to arrival in the case of flats, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded and the client authorises El gran sueño to charge the remaining 75% to the card provided if it has not yet been paid.

If the customer cancels during the stay, no refund will be made for unused nights.
