Subletting, parties and events are not allowed.

Full refund for cancellations made within 10 days of booking, provided it is at least 90 days before the check-in date.
50% refund for cancellations made up to 45 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in.

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card to the lodging
50 % prepayment 30 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
Deposit of 1800(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
2,30€ City tax per person per day

The rent per day is for 6 guests minimum. Each further guest pays 95 Euros per Extra bed / Day. The Villa has one children's room with two single beds. Up to 2 cots can be provided children until 3 years are free of charge and between 4 and 7 years pay 40 Euros/day. Children older than 7 pay as an adult.
