All reservations must be guaranteed by the guest's credit card which must be valid on the day of arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit paid is non-refundable; however, the dates can be modified. (According to availability).Cancellation or modification made less than 15 days before arrival day, on the arrival day, early departure or no shows, the whole stay will be incurred.
Shorten the stay less than 15 days noticed, 50% will be applied for each reduced night.
Payment Policy
50 % prepayment at booking per credit cardIf a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
