Payment of the total amount must be made upon confirmation via a secure bank account or bank transfer. Cancellations must be made by email: hotel@escucons.com

The deposit is non-refundable, but the dates can be changed. The hotel will issue a voucher for this amount for use on a future stay. It is valid until the end of the current season (subject to availability).

In case of cancellation or modification on the day of arrival, early departure or no-show, the entire stay will be charged. If the cancellation is less than 15 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged for each night the cancellation is made.

Special regulation: In the event of a pandemic, government travel restrictions or force majeure, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the deposit paid, to be used on a future stay. The voucher will be valid until the end of the season. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to avoid cancellation fees.

If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
