If the Renter has not been able to come to Spain, the Owner will offer the Renter to come back within the next season while using the Down Payment as a deposit of the re-book rent.
If the Renter is not able to come the next season, the down deposit will be reimbursed one year after the original check in date.

30 % prepayment at booking per credit card
70 % prepayment 14 days before arrival per credit card
The Security Deposit is refunded after check out withina maximum of 2 business days

Deposit of 2500(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account
