General Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to our GTC (https://www.legado-ibiza.com/gtc). Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them.

Room Rates
Our rates are per room per night, including breakfast and all applicable taxes (10% VAT and tourist tax).

Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of two nights applies throughout the year. During the high season months from June to September, the minimum stay is four nights.

Cancellation made more than 28 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 28 and 14 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Group bookings (3 - 5 rooms): free cancellation up to 90 days, 50% cancellation fee up to 60 days and 100% within 60 days prior to check-in.

Group bookings (6 or more rooms): 25% cancellation fee up to 90 days prior to check-in (non-refundable deposit). 50% cancellation fee up to 60 days and 100% within 60 days prior to check-in.

Please note that for group bookings, any reduction in the number of reserved rooms – whether partial or full cancellations – is subject to the cancellation periods and fees stated above.

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card to the lodging
50 % prepayment 14 days before arrival per credit card to the lodging
Group bookings (3 or more rooms): 50% down payment on booking, 50% balance 60 days prior to check in.

All rooms are non-smoking.

ADULTS ONLY: We accommodate guests aged 18 and above only. Guests under 18 may be denied accommodation without entitlement to a free cancellation.

Cats and dogs live on the property. If you have allergies or phobias, please consider this before booking.
