Parties, bachelor parties, weddings or any type of event without prior authorization from the property are prohibited. Guests are responsible for the house with all its contents and for its return in perfect condition at the end of the stay. In case there is any damage, the cost or replacement of the same will be borne by the guest.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 29 and 21 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 20 and 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
In the case of cancellations by the client, it will depend on the advance notice with which said cancellation is notified, which must always be in writing to the email info@fincayantar.com, and in the event that it is not received, contact the phone +34 683346898.

30 days before arrival: 100% of the payment is returned.
21-29 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is returned.
Less than 21 days before arrival: the payment is not returned.
In the case of not notifying the cancellation and not showing up "no show" 100% of the stay will be charged.

At the time of making the reservation, you authorize the establishment to charge 100% of your stay by charging your credit card.

Deposit: Upon arrival at the farm, a deposit of €600 will be made as a deposit, which will be returned two days after the end of the stay in the event that there is no damage to the property.
Deposit of 600(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer

Our gastronomy

The gastronomic concept is born from the fusion of exotic and traditional flavors of the region. Using fresh and local ingredients, they create an irresistible experience that transports us to the career of our private chef Clara Fernández.

We have a wide variety of dishes and menus, adapted to your tastes and needs. We have two types of tasting menu, one short and one long:
● Short menu: bread + EVOO, appetizer, 2 starters, main course and dessert
● Long menu: bread + EVOO, 2 appetizers, 2 starters, fish, meat and 2 desserts

In the same way, we have complementary experiences such as the delicious tapas menu, the tasting of local wines and cheeses, the bread workshop and cocktail service, among others.
