Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 14 and 5 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 5 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

Payment Policy

Stays of 4 nights or more: prepayment of 30% of the reservation value. It is refundable in case of cancellation (within the cancellation period).

For shorter stays: no prepayment. A credit card number serves as a guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.

Eat & Stay
Simon & Levin surprise with creative and natural cuisine in AO Restaurant! If you would like to eat there every evening, you can book half board. The extra charge for the 4-course evening menu is 40€ per person per day. This can only be booked for the whole stay.

Do you prefer to decide day by day? Taste one of the experience menus or choose à la carte.
For a refreshment in the afternoon, you can visit the AO Wine Bar & Café all day long.

From 4 nights on, we offer a 10% discount on the total.

Kids
When you make a request, please give us the age of your kids. We will then send you an offer that meets all requirements for your kids.
Kids under 3 years, pay 20€ per day.
Discounts for children:
- 3-7 years - 50% on the daily rate (per person)
- 8-13 years - 30% on the daily rate (per person)
- 14-17 years - 20% on the daily rate (per person)

Dogs are welcome and the supplement per dog per day is 15€.
