In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

Stays of 4 nights or more: prepayment of 30% of the reservation value. It is refundable in case of cancellation (within the cancellation period).

For shorter stays: no prepayment. A credit card number serves as a guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.

South Tyrolean ingredients, Belgian passion, and Nordic spirit – that’s how we like to describe the AO Restaurant in a single sentence.
Levin and his team surprise with nature-inspired cuisine: honest ingredients, a bold sense of creativity, carefully selected produce from South Tyrolean farms – and of course, wines from the vineyard right behind the house.

If you’d like to dine with us every evening, you’re welcome to book half board.
The supplement for the 4-course dinner menu is €45 per person per day, bookable for the entire stay.

For our little guests, we offer a variety of children’s dishes, prepared just as they like it.

Our children's rates are valid for a stay in the parents' room or suite (2 adults).


Dogs:
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. The price for pets is 20,00€ per day and without food. Useful things like, dog blanket/basket, food bowl, muzzle we ask you to bring yourself.
Dogs are not allowed in the corner suites. We accept only a limited number of dogs, please let us know already at the time of inquiry if you are traveling accompanied by your four-legged friend.
In case there should be additional cleaning, we add an extra fee.
