Cancellation Policy:

In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
From 1st February to 5th February: Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date , the value of the 1st night will be charged
From 15th March to 19th March: Cancellation within 10 days of the arrival date , the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
From 24th March to 28th March: Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date , the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
From 29th March to 06th April: Cancellation within 10 days of the arrival date , the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
From 4th November to 6th November: Cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date , the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
In case of fully prepaid non refundable rates, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
