Tourist tax is included in the room rate.

In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
All requests for cancellation, modification must be made in writing.
The cancellation or modification:
- More than 35 days before arrival: refund of deposit, minus € 100 handling fee.
- From 35 to 20 days before date of arrival, the deposit shall be forfeited us.
- From 20 days before date of arrival, 1 night reserved for all or 2 nights 100% of the total stay will be charged.
If a change is made within 20 days before the stay as originally booked, this change is treated as a cancellation followed by a re-registration.
Any interruption of the stay, will not give rise to any refund.
We suggest you consider any travel insurance.

A valid credit card is required in order to guarantee your booking.
Amount of deposit to be debited from your credit card:
- For a short stay (1 to 3 nights): the amount is equal to one night.
- For a longer stay (more than 3 nights): 30% of total stay.
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
