In case of non refundable rates:
You can modify or cancel your reservation without penalty up to 21 days before arrival. The total amount will be charged 20 days before arrival with no possibility of cancellation without penalty after that date (the reservation is kept until the 1st night).

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
