Included in the rate:
- Buffet Breakfast;
- Access to the FeelViana Spa upon availability (Indoor pool with jets, sauna and Turkish bath). In order to preserve and provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, children under 14 years old are allowed in the Spa accompanied by adults, from 09:30 to 16:00h;
- Mandatory use cap on the indoor swimming pool;
- Access to exterior swimming pool (subject to weather conditions and for free the use of deck chair and beach umbrella available at the local);
- Free Parking at Hotel (upon availability - we do not make reservation)
- Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) free.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 7 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

With the aim of preserving and offering a relaxed atmosphere to all our guests, FeelViana Spa allows access to children under 14 years of age, when accompanied by adults, between 09h30 and 16h00.
