Reservations Observations

Advance deposit of 30% for bookings of 4 days or more and 50% for bookings of up to 3 days is charged when booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival: full refund of deposit less administration fee of 5% of total amount. Cancellations 28 to 8 days before arrival date: advance deposit is retained. Cancellations within 7 days before arrival, no-show, early departure or late arrival: 100% of total is charged.n

Payment Policy

1 day stay: Advance deposit 100%
2 -3 day stay: Advance deposit 50%
4+ day stay: Advance deposit 30%

General Hotel Observations
