Cancellation made more than 8 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 7 and 3 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value

No Show: 100 % of reservation value
For reservations with stays between the 21.12 and the 05.01 the
following cancelation policy applies:

- For all cancellation made with a minimum of 21 days before the arrival: No
charges.
- For all cancellation made with between 20 and 10 days before the arrival:
50% of the reservation.
- For all cancellation made between 9 and 0 days before the arrival or “Non
show”: 100% of the reservation

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.

- The hotel only accepts children over 14 years old
- Premium half board basis: 34€ per person & day (3 course a la carte - drinks not included)
- Welcome bottle of white wine upon arrival
- Honeymooners: Upgrade (subject to availability) + Fresh flowers upon arrival + bottle of French Champagne in room
- Golf Leisure: 10% over the public rates at the Buenavista Golf course (Buenavista Golf located at 8km from the Hotel)
