There is a restaurant in the hotel. The booking fee includes charge for the room and all other services/add-ons as specifically described. It does not include cost of lunch or dinner drinks.

For the purposes of the reservation, children are considered minors aged 2 to 11 years inclusive. From the age of 12 they are considered adults.
Extra bed on request.
Babies from 0 to 2 years old can only be accommodated in two rooms. Please ask for availability for bookings with a cot.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge

If you have booked a "non-refundable rate", the fee will be charged at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The hotel has a restaurant. The price of the reservation includes accommodation in the specified regime (excluding drinks at lunch or dinner) and includes the services expressly contracted.

During the Christmas period (24 December to 06 January), 50% of the total stay must be paid in advance.
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

Christmas Eve and New Years Eve dinners are not included in the room's rate. There will be an additional charge for these dinners
