Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 15 and 7 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival: 70 % of reservation value
No Show: 70 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

30 % prepayment at booking per credit card

General Hotel Observations

Prices change due to no. of nights booked. For stays over 7 nights there is a 10% discount for any nights after the 7th. For stays shorter than 3 nights there is a supplement of € 10 per person per night. Discounts are available for children based on age and type of accommodation (details on request). For stays in some smaller rooms, if occupied by two people, there is a discount of € 20 per day and person. Please ask us for availability to receive best rates! Prices include full board, various private sea accesses equipped with lounge chairs etc., table tennis, archery, "bocce". Flying Junior and rowboat, fishing rods, library, computer and Internet, observatory, gymnasium, assorted table games, TV, air conditioning, watercolouring, musical instruments, Donkey rides up the mountain are available. There is a dance floor on one of the terraces. Drinks and appetizers are offered before dinner and wine and spirits after 10 p.m.
