Flying Junior and rowboat, fishing rods, library, computer and Internet, observatory, gymnasium, assorted table games, TV, air conditioning, watercolouring, musical instruments, and Donkey rides up the mountain are available. There is a dance floor on one of the terraces. Drinks and appetizers are offered before dinner and wine and spirits after 10 p.m.

Costs deriving from maritime transport and urban management (production, control and water purification; waste collection and disposal; lighting, maintenance and cleaning of nearby avenues and paths, of sea areas, etc.).
