There is a minimum stay of 1 week (Saturday to Saturday) in high season. Cleaning is included in the price and the house features its own independent swimming pool. The prices shown do not include the small government accommodation tax payable at the hotel. This is typically between 1-2 Euros/Person/Day.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any cancellation must be notified by phone and registered letter.
If the cancellation takes place less than 8 weeks before the date of the stay, the amount of the deposit paid will be kept and will not give rise to any compensation.
If the cancellation takes place less than 4 weeks before the date of the stay, the total amount of the stay will be due.
In case of early departure, for whatever reason, the total amount of the stay will be due.

50 % prepayment at booking per credit card to the lodging

The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the rental amount (this deposit is to be sent within 4 working days after the pre-reservation, after this period the pre-reservation will be automatically cancelled) as well as a copy of this contract signed for acceptance.
The balance of the rental will have to be paid at the latest 30 days before your arrival.
The deposit, the amount of which is indicated above, will be paid upon entry into the premises. It will be reimbursed on the day of departure, less the cost of a possible refurbishment of the premises, if necessary.
