The quoted price per night is for stays of at least two nights. A stay of only one night is 20€ more expensive.
Prices may vary during extended weekends or holidays.
A minimum stay of two nights is required during the high season from 15/06 to 14/09.
For stays of more than 5 nights, there is a 5% discount all year round.
For group stays (renting the entire house and common areas except for the kitchen), prices may vary and surcharges may apply. Parties are prohibited.
