Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 91 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made less than 90 days before arrival: no charge
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Note that the accommodation returns the deposit whenever the house is rented.
If for reasons of COVID-19, a new state of alarm forces confinement or a perimeter closure of the municipality of the origin or Tarifa, the deposit will be returned.
