MID SEASON cancellation policy:
Should you cancel more than 2 weeks before your arrival: NO penalty will be applied.
For any cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before your estimated arrival date: we keep your deposit
For any cancellation less than 1 week before your estimated arrival date: 100% of the total stay is due.

HIGH SEASON cancellation policy:
Should you cancel more than 31 days before your arrival: NO penalty will be applied.
For any cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before your arrival date: we keep your deposit
For any cancellation less than 14 days before your estimated arrival date: 100% of the total stay is due.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
