Each apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels for the bathroom and pool, and kitchenware. Linen is changed once a week and towels are twice a week. The rental rate also includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity. (Exception: in the months between October & April we will charge the consumption of gas for heating as indicated by the meter each unit has).

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value

For bookings with a stay until the end of June: Deposit 30 days before arrival.

For bookings with a stay until the end of October: deposit of 30% at booking
