Reservations Observations

A twin room is available on request and can be provided in the Superior and Deluxe room only.
A baby cot is available on request and free of charge.
An extra bed is on request only and can be added in only the Deluxe rooms, the charge is 70 euros per night.
The hotel has a hammam (turkish steambath) which can be used free of charge, please note that a reservation needs to be made.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 2 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 2 and 0 days before arrival: 1 night(s)
No Show: 100 % of pre-payment
Early departure: 100 % of pre-payment
100% pre-payment and non refundable rates: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
For any reservation for more than 4 rooms; special conditions will apply.

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation, a credit card authorisation will be taken on confirmation.
In case of FULLY PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATES, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or modification.
