Reservations Observations

Arrival: check in is after 3:00 pm. reservations are held until 6:00 pm. Please, inform the hotel incase of late arrival.
DepartureRooms are to be left by 12:00 am at latest. If you leave after 12 :00 am, you will be charged for another day.
The prices shown do not include the government accommodation tax of 3.30 € per adult and per day to be paid at the hotel.

Please contact Secretplaces for special rates when staying for a week or more.
Breakfast not included, price from 12 to 22 Euros per person, lunch at 39 Euros and dinner from 59 to 69 Euros.
Child menu from 19 to 29 Euros.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
100% pre-payment and non refundable rates: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Cancellations made between 30 and 0 days of the arrival date: the deposit of 50% will be held.

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking
For all reservations the hotel requires a prepayment of 50 % of the total reservation. The amount will be debited at time of booking by credit card.
In case of FULLY PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATES, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or modification.
