Booking Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 3 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 2 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices

Payment Policy

30 % prepayment at booking
70% at check-in
Deposit of 1000(EUR) Euro (payable by credit card) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by on credit card account
