Please contact the hotel before your arrival by e-mail;they will give you a code number of a keyboard so you can arrive at any time. If you will like to have cooking classes please advise before you arrive

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 22 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 21 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
In case of cancellation made 15 days before the check-in date: no charges. In case of cancellation made 14 days or less before check-in date, 100% of reservation will be charged. No Show: 100%.

Payment Policy

30 % prepayment per credit card
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required as a guarantee at reservation.
From Reservation To 22 days before Check In: loss of deposit.
From 21 days to Check In and No Show: the remaining 70%
