- Cancellation by the Tenant more than 15 (fifteen) days before the date of arrival on the premises: the deposit will be refunded in its entirety, minus a sum of 50 (fifty) euros intended to cover the booking fees ;

- Cancellation by the Lessee less than 15 (fifteen) days before the date of arrival on the premises: the totality of the sums due under the hiring will remain acquired with the Owner

- Without delay of cancellation of a stay or in case of cancellation the day of the reservation, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the Tenant as compensation.

In the event that the Tenant does not report to the premises within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the contract concluded between the Owner or his Representative and said Tenant will be deemed void. The owner will then recover the freedom to dispose of his lodging. All amounts due for the stay will be acquired by the Owner.
