Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 59 and 31 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

Payment Policy

30 % prepayment at booking per credit card
70 % prepayment 30 days before arrival by bank transfer *)
Deposit of 1500(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
