Booking Conditions

Reservations Observations

Payment: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay and a copy of the contract signed within one week. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep a copy of the signed document. The balance is to be paid on the day of departure from the guest house to the owners. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 30 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made between 14 and 2 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Cancellation by the client:
A - Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs 30 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the deposit will be refunded to the customer. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the deposit remains with the owner.

B - In case of cancellation 48 hours before or in case of no show. The cost of the stay is due in full.

C - In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

General Hotel Observations

General provisions: the tenant will not be able to prevail in any circumstances of any right to the maintenance in the places at the expiration of the period of hiring initially envisaged on the present contract, except agreement of the owner. The owner undertakes not to disclose to any third party information of any kind whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the tenant may have had to give him during the execution of this contract. These latter provisions are however not applicable with regard to requests for information which would be made by the administrations and / or the Courts.

Cancellation by the owner:
In the event of total impossibility of honoring this reservation, the owner undertakes to refund the amount of the deposit of the stay.

Arrival: The client must present himself on the specified day and at the times mentioned on this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner.

The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to make the rooms in good condition, and not to smoke in the house.

Use of premises:
Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner.
