The refund of any of the percentages stated above can take from 5 to 25 days depending on the bank. Any transactions charges levied on Lilases Boutique House & Garden by third parties in respect of the cancellation will be deducted from the booking fee refunded.
No refunds will be entertained for within the period of 14 days prior to arrival for “no shows”, flight cancellations, delays, or departure from Lilases Boutique House & Garden early or by any mistake made by the guest during the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify, alter or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.
Should we be unable to provide the accommodation services contracted for any reason whatsoever either within or beyond our control and not limited to fire, tempest, flood, force majeure, terrorism of any sort, pandemic, and associated containment measures catastrophe of any sort man-made or naturally occurring, civil unrest, insurrection, war or force majeure then we undertake to refund the total booking fee already paid.
We strongly recommend all guests to take out comprehensive personal travel insurance cover prior to travel to minimize the financial impact of events beyond their control of or not specifically foreseen.

All bookings must be pre-paid. In order to provide our Guests with a secure payment system we choose to work with Cloudbeds Payments plateform to ensure that our customer’s payment information is securely collected.
We will send you an invoice in the name of the person making the reservation. Should you wish to include any tax number on the invoice or should you wish the invoice to be issued in a different name or company name, please inform us of this when making the booking in the notes area.

General Lodging Observations:
RATES & ACCOMODATION
All the rates are in Euros. All rates are per room per night. The rates is inclusive of the use of your selected room including en-suite bathroom and all equipment and services provided in that room. Your rate also includes use of communal facilities including the Garden, pool and coffeeshop during it’s opening hours (these vary by season and we will provide this information on request)
Breakfast is included in the price and is served in the rooms, house meals areas or in the garden per request.
The maximum number of guests per room is 2 inclusive of the guests making the booking.
Due to the nature of the House we regret that we are only able to accommodate adults over the age of 14.
We do however have one room (no steps to be traversed) more suited for guests with mobility issues. Please contact us prior to making your online booking so that we may ensure that the relevant rooms are available.
The minimum duration of stay is 2 nights. Should a guest wish to stay for one night only, please contact us on hello@lilasesmora.com so that we may check to see if it is possible. A single night stay will incur a surcharge over the equivalent daily rate.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Accommodation is subject to availability.
PETS
Pets are allowed till 10 kgs, however any damage or accident that may occur is the responsibility of the owner.
IVA & TOURIST TAX
All published rates are inclusive of IVA at legal rates.

By using our Wi-Fi service, you automatically agree to the terms & conditions of use in force at the time.
PRIVACY
It is strictly forbidden for guests to take photographic or video images of Lilases Boutique House & Garden and its other guests for the purpose of advertising, promotion, propaganda or commercial purposes without the agreement and written consent of Lilases´s Management. Images recorded for personal use are permitted.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Solar dos Lilases in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding your stay must be brought to the attention of the Management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified in writing no later than 14 days after departure.
You will also find a formal complaint book “Livro de Reclamações” at Solar dos Lilases in which you can log your complaint in writing. We will endeavour to respond and resolv any issues as quickly as possible.
LIABILITY DISCLAMER
Lilases Boutique House & Garden and its owners, management and employees shall not assume liability for any loss, damage, illness, injury, or death to persons visiting the property, not for any other incident of any nature involving any guest(s) while they are on the property, nor while travelling to and from the property howsoever, it may be caused by the negligence of that of our staff. Furthermore, Solar dos Lilases and its owners, management and employees shall not assume liability for any loss or damage to guests private property.
HOUSE RULES
We are a no-smoking establishment within the rooms and internal communal areas of Lilases Boutique House & Garden. Should you wish to smoke please do so in the terrace or in the garden by the pool and utilise the ashtrays which we provide in the areas. Please do not dispose of ash and tobacco remnants by throwing them on the floor, in flowerbeds or in the pond.
Bathroom towels are changed daily. Bed linen & towels will be fresh on arrival and if you are staying more than 5 nights, it will be changed within each 3 days.
You are welcome to use the amenities 8950, hair and skincare products provided in the bathrooms. Please do not try to remove the containers from their holders as they are refillable and form part of the bathroom furnishings and room equipment.
Various other items, such as hairdryers, bathrobes, safes, LED lights including USB and wireless device recharging facilities, etc., are provided for guests use in the bedrooms. These items, including art works, form part of the room´s furnishings available for the guest´s use and enjoyment. Please do not remove any of these items as we reserve the right to charge additional fees for any items missing from the room upon departure.
Please advise us immediately of any accidents, spillages, discharges or breakages so that we may attend to it. Any breakages or damage caused beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged as an additional fee, quantifiable at our reasonable discretion, in order to allow us to repair or replace the damaged or broken items.
All guests will be provided with a key to their room and the front door of Solar dos Lilases in order to allow 24 hours access. Please do not loose these keys as any loss will require us to replace locks for security purposes – this is obviously quite an expensive exercise which will recharged to the guest.
No guest should use, ingest, possess, or distribute illegal drugs or other substances or engage on other conduct which would bring Solar dos Lilases into disrepute.
No guests should be disrespectful, abusive, or threatening to any member of staff or guest of Solar dos Lilases. Should this occur we reserve the right at our sole discretion to immediately terminate your stay, without notice.
We also reserve the right at our sole discretion to immediately terminate your stay, without notice, should we consider any of these house rules, to have been disrespected or where deemed necessary again at our sole discretion through a guest´s unacceptable behaviour or because of their actions which are likely to endanger or offend others. Please note that non-compliance with our non-smoking policy may result in termination of your stay. The person making the booking will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests checked in under their booking and any damage they may cause.
