Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable .
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival we refund 50% of deposit paid .
Below 15 days prior to arrival or for No-Show there is no refund .
Earlier departures will be charged for the full stay .

Payment Policy

We require one night deposit for stays up to 3 nights , 2 nights for stays up to 6 nights , 3 nights for stays up to 9 nights .
For stays of more than 10 days we require 50% of the total stay as deposit .
Exclusivity bookings require 50% deposit of total stay .
Deposit can be paid either via bank transfer or with credit card Visa or Master .

General Hotel Observations

Dogs are only allowed in rooms which include a private external area and are not allowed in the kitchen/breakfast area. The daily cost is 15 euro irrespective of the size of dog.
