Cancellation made between 30 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
40 % prepayment at booking by bank transfer to the hotel
60% at check-in
Deposit of 150(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
