Please note: For all accommodation apart from Magnolia, a cleaning fee of €55 for 2+ nights, €85 for 1 week stays and €120 for 2 week stays will be added to your bill (the 2 week stay fee includes a mid stay clean and change of linen and towels). For Magnolia : End of stay cleaning fee €100for 2+ night stay, €170 for a one week stay, €220 for a two week stay includes mid stay clean and change of linen and towels.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 1 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
Due to the " COVID-19 " health crisis, if the confinement or measures taken by the French government prevent the Tenant from maintaining his stay, the deposit paid will be refunded or the rental agreement will be automatically postponed, at no additional cost, according to the choice of the Tenant. If the Tenant chooses to postpone, he will choose a new rental period, the same year or the following year, within a limit of 12 calendar months, after confirmation of availability of the chosen house. Beforehand the owner will inform the Hirer of any changes in the rental rates, upwards or downwards, depending on the new period chosen (i.e. same rate if the house is the same and the period of stay is the same). An amendment to the initial contract will be drawn up and signed.

If the lockdown is lifted on French territory but confirmed for the period of stay in the Hirer's country of residence, the Hirer must request in writing the postponement of his stay, according to the terms described above. The same applies if the Hirer's car journey requires transit through a country that has decreed the confinement.

If the Hirer or his guest / a member of his family tests positive for coronavirus or shows signs of infection, the same provisions apply after communication to the owner of a medical certificate.

For all other cases of requests for postponement of the stay, the owner will do his best to re-book the reserved period. If he succeeds, the request for postponement of stay will be accepted after signing a new contract according to the terms described above. Otherwise, the Hirer will have to pay the outstanding balance of his stay, excluding tourist tax and cleaning costs.
