CLEANING & MAID SERVICE
The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival. General
maid service and linen/towel change are provided on Wednesday (for 7 day Stay), unless agreed
differently at the time of booking. In the event that we will find personal items or underwear on the
beds, the linen will not be changed.
EXTRA DAILY MAID SERVICE
Should you require extra maid service, please advise us at the time of booking. We cannot
guarantee availability at any time but we will do our utmost to satisfy your request.
All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service. A
third party cleaner is not allowed to have access to the property at any time.
COOK SERVICE
Should you require a private cook or a caterer, please advise us at the time of booking. We
cannot guarantee availability at any time, but we will do our utmost to satisfy your request.

third party private cook or caterer is not allowed to have access to the property at any time
BREAKFAST SERVICE
A special and large traditional and italian breakfast can be ordered at the moment of the check
in.
Price is € 15 per person.

Cancellation made more than 45 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 45 and 15 days before arrival: 30 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
The balance (70%) should be paid 30 days before arrival.
Should we not receive the payment by the said date and have had no notification from the
client, the booking will automatically be cancelled and the deposit kept for admin costs.

Deposit of 300(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. It will be charged in cash. It will be returned to you after check-out. The full amount of your deposit will be refunded in cash. This is subject to inspection by the property.

SWIMMING POOL
The shared swimming pool is open from end of March until end of October
Guests will be notified when booking in case of early opening or closure of the swimming pool (i.e.
with favourable weather conditions).
The swimming pool does not have a shallow water area nor protection gates.
KIDS
Kids are welcome.
Upon request (when booking) we can provide for high chairs and cots.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the Property.
In respect of Guests coming after you, we kindly invite our Guests to smoke in the outdoor areas
only and to place any cigarettes butts in the appropriate ashtrays or in the garbage cans you will
find in the Property.
PETS
Pet are allowed.
Pet fee (for the extra cleaning): € 100 per stay per pet
