Arrival and departure day: Saturday or Sunday.
A Chalet is reserved from 2:00pm of your arrival day, to 10:00am of your departure day.
A booking can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 1/3 of total amount.
Delayed arrivals or early departures will be counted as a normal day.
The change of the linen is on request.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 80 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 15 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Covid Special:

If the stay is not possible due to Covid 2019 government restrictions, the amount paid as a deposit will not be considered a penalty but will be converted into a voucher to be used freely in the future after checking availability.
