Cancellations
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will apply, a part of the 30% non refundable down payment. If canceled later or in case of no-show or in case of early departure, a cancellation fee equal to the 70% of the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged

Payment Policy
To confirm a reservation, a 30% non refundable establishment’s credit card charge authorization or wire bank transfer of the total stay is required, while the remaining balance shall be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by cash) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out
