Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 15 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 60 % of pre-payment
Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of pre-payment
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
In case the rate is 100% prepaid and not refundable: : Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded
The cancellation varies depending on the rate type.

FULL PREPAID NO REFUNDABLE RATES
The booking cannot be cancelled nor modified; the prepayment will not be refunded.

FLEXIBLE RATES
Cancellations made between 31 and 15 days prior to the arrival date: 15% of the stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to the arrival date: 35% of the stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days prior to the arrival date: 60% of the stay will be charged. Cancellations made between 3 and 1 days prior to the arrival date: 85% of the stay will be charged. Cancellation made within 1 day of the arrival date 100% of the stay will be charged. In case of no show or early departure the whole period will be charged.

Payment Policy

100 % prepayment at booking per credit card
The policy varies depending on the type of rate:
In case of FULL PREPAID RATE the hotel will charge 100% of the stay at booking.
FLEXIBLE RATES:No pre-payment is required, but 100% of the reservation amount is due 30 days before arrival.

CITY TAX:
- 7% of the room value per day plus an additional €3 per person per night.
In case of fully prepaid non refundable rates, the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
