Booking Conditions

Reservations Observations

Pets - € 50
Early checkin - € 50 (from 12 noon. Possible when there is availability and check-in takes place on Friday or similar. Contact us)
Late checkout - € 50 (until 5pm. Possible when there is availability and the departure is on Sunday or similar. Contact us

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made less than 1 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Reservation advance (25%). Once the reservation is made, the advance will not be returned in the event of cancellation except when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly accredited.
Rest of payment (75%). The rest of the payment will be made before arrival. It will be refunded in full in case of cancellation before arrival. If this payment is not made, the keys will not be delivered and the amount given as a reservation would be lost.

In case of cancellation during the stay, the total amount of the stay will be charged, not being subject to a refund, except when the cancellation occurs due to force majeure, duly accredited.
Deposit. The deposit payment will be made prior to arrival. In the case of not being carried out, the keys cannot be delivered and the amount given as a reservation would be lost. The deposit will be refunded in full 5 days after departure, except in the event of significant damage to the home, furniture or garden. The deposit will be refunded in full in case of cancellation before arrival.

Payment Policy

25 % prepayment at booking
The reservation will only be effective after receipt of a 25% advance by bank transfer. The rest of the amount plus the deposit can be delivered either by transfer one day before (send confirmation), or in cash on arrival.
Prepayment not refundable
75% at check-in
Deposit of 20% of reservation (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
