Smoking is not allowed inside, or outside in the designated places
Two sweet dogs live on the property (mainly present in the vineyard)
The pool can be closed by an electric working cover, the pool is not heated but keeps its warmth of the day
Because the house is entirely at ground level, all rooms are accessible for disabled people. No special adaptions have been made.
