In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

- The deposit will not be refunded. We can arranje another convenient date subject to availability and tariff at the time.
- If fully payed and cancelled 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded to the guest.

We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their booking in case of unexpected situations. Guests should inform the host about any cancellations as soon as possible. The cancellation policy applies to each booking made separately.
