None of the units allow for extra beds. Therefore, the maximum capacity of units refers to the totality of existing beds (children over 3 years old will be considered "adults", in terms of occupation).

Cancellation made more than 15 days before arrival: no charge

No Show: 100 % of reservation value

100 % prepayment at booking per credit card
The booking will be confirmed after the payment of the total amount for the stay, by credit card or bank transfer (this one should be done within a maximum period of 48 hours, after requesting the booking. If the amount is not received, within that period, it will be automatically canceled).

Upon reception of payment, the booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Although no deposit will be requested, it will be the guest's responsibility to ensure that everything is left as it was at the time of check-in. As a guarantee, it will be necessary to provide the details of a credit card belonging to one of the guests at the time of the booking.

Smoking is not allowed inside Morphosis Boutique Home.
Smoking is allowed on Alfredo's terrace and outdoors, using the ashtrays available in the accommodation units.

Parties and events are not allowed. Morphosis Boutique Home is located at the center of the village, so we kindly request you to refrain from making any noise which can disturb other guests and/or neighbors, respecting the silence hours between 21:00 and 08:00 hours.

Bookings of 4 or more nights include one cleaning service with change of bed and bath linens, on a date and time to be agreed with the guest, and repeated weekly in case of longer stays. It is possible to provide additional cleaning service upon prior request. Subject to confirmation and payment of 50.00 € per cleaning service (includes change of bed and bath linens). All the cleaning services excludes the storage/organization of clothes and personal belongings of the guest, which will be kept in the same place, except for those that directly interfere with the cleaning.

None of the accommodation units has a TV.

All accommodation units are equipped with a Marshall speaker.

Children standing on Alfredo's terrace, as well as any activity with children in any of the units, require parental supervision.

Morphosis Boutique Home has 1 parking space, which you can use only to drop off and pick up luggage.
There is public, no reservation needed and free parking in the village.

For bookings of 7 or more nights an external laundry service can be provided upon request. Morphosis Boutique Home is only responsible for hiring the service, and will take no responsibility for any damages arising from its provision. Service provided upon prior request and subject to availability. Price on request.

Services such as electricity, water and Internet are provided by external suppliers. Therefore, we kindly request for any unavailability and/or failure in provision to be reported to us as soon as possible, so we can demand a quick solution from the corresponding supplier.
All equipment must be handled in a way that guarantees its good use and conservation. In the event of a malfunction, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can find a quick solution.
It is not possible to sublet any of the accommodation units under any circumstances. Only guests included in the booking can access and stay in the accommodation units.
Morphosis Boutique Home cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that might occur during the stay, such as personal injury, theft or criminal behaviors.
