Check-in time: we do not have a 24h service like hotels and it is always necessary to take an appointment in advance of a few days with the property. * If we don’t hear from you, then the check-in time is possible from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm-8.00 pm, not later. **In case you don’t contact us and we don’t see you at 8 pm, your room will be re-selled after this time and you will be charged as a no-show. -Upon request, it is possible to organize a check. in after 9 pm at an additional price of euros 70.00. No arrivals are possible after 11 pm. -Check-out time is at 10.30 am, but in case of early arrival/ late departure, you can store the luggage at the B&B.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
Payment: we ask for your credit card at the arrival to pre-authorize the payment which will be validated on your card the evening before the check-out. No online transactions and no charge before your stay. In case of cash payment, we offer a 5% discount on the total amount due only if you pay in cash at the check-in

All rooms are provided with a courtesy set including an electric kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, and jams, included in the price of the room. Guests can choose the breakfast option when they book (or on arrival) and will also receive a ticket which they can use in a nearby bar. They can enjoy a comfortably seated breakfast which includes 1 sweet item, 1 savoury item, a hot drink (coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea etc.), water or fruit juice.
