There is a 3 night min stay for all apartments.
For the Borsato apartment, the min age is 6 years.
Guests are requested to make a security deposit of 1000 Euro. We suggest a credit card pre-authorisation, we will send you an authorisation form once we have received your booking. At the end of the stay the deposit will be released subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.
A City Tax of 5,00 € is required per adult per nights and for the first 5 nights, and needs to be settled upon arrival; for adolescents up to the age of 16 the tax is 2,50 Euro per night, and children up to the age of 10 are free of charge.(Please note that City Tax may change without notice.)

The rent of the apartments at Palazzo Ca’Nova includes:

- Fresh croissants at your doorstep every morning
- Daily maid service

Cancellation made more than 60 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 59 and 21 days before arrival: 50 % of reservation value
Cancellation made between 21 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

The number of guests staying at the apartments may not exceed the max capacity found in the descriptions on canova-venezia.com, plus a child below the age of 4. Upon arrival passports of each party member must be supplied for police registration purposes.
