Please note: the tourism city tax rate of 1,00 € per person per night is not included,
in July and August the tuorist tax will be 1.50€ x day x person

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
For the months of:
January
February
March
April
October
November
the cancellation is 5 days. After this deadline payment of the full amount of the stay is due

Payment Policy

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

General Hotel Observations

Cars can’t access the Historic Center, so you have to park your car near the Castle, from Piazza De Gasperi to our B&B you spend only 3 minutes on foot, at your arrival in B&B we will give you a parking card which you can free park into blue lines in the nearby streets (for example: piazza De Gasperi, via Primaldo via 800 martiri, via martiri ungheresi, via giovani XXIII, via pioppi, via del porto, via madonna del passo, via minerva...)
