In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.

No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.


If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

The rate includes all the facilities of palazzo Guglielmo: breakfast, bike rental, access to the garden and the roof terrace, parking area, swimming pools and jacuzzi.

For double rooms and suites, the room rate is for 2 people per night with breakfast included.
Third bed in room add 10%.
Fourth bed in room, additional 10%.

For the apartments Gran Suite Sonia & Casa Margherita the rate is for 4 people per night with breakfast included.
Fifth person in apartment add 10%.
Sixth person in apartment, additional 10%.

Infants up to two years in a cot, free of charge.
Infants up to three years that sleep with parents, free of charge.
All children over three years pay a surcharge of 10% on the room rate.
