Please note reception at the Palazzo Niccolini al Duomo closes at 20:00 o'clock. There is a city tax of 4,8 Euros per person per day not included in the price. 10% discount for all prepaid, non-refundable reservations (minimum one month in advance). The offer is not valid for the Double Standard Room.
Cancellation Policy:
In case you have chosen a promotional room rate that says “100% prepaid and not refundable”:: Bookings with these rates cannot be cancelled or modified and will not be refunded.The cancellation varies depending on the rate type.
STANDARD RATES:
Cancellation for bookings till 5 nights:
In case of cancellation the following cancellation policy applies:From 7 to 4 days before arrival the hotel will charge 1 night.
From 3 to 0 days before arrival the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation.
Cancellation for reservation of 6 or more nights:
In case of cancellation the following cancellation policy applies: From 14 to 4 days before arrival the hotel will charge 1 night . From 3 to 0 days before arrival the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation.
FULLY PREPAID NO REFUNDABLE RATES
The booking cannot be cancelled nor modified; the prepayment will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
No pre-payment required. Credit card number serves as guarantee. You only have to pay at the hotel at check-out or check-in.The policy varies depending on the type of rate:

In case of FULL PREPAID RATE the hotel will charge 100% of the stay at booking.
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
