We’re delighted to welcome you! Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
If you know your estimated time of arrival (ETA), please share it when booking. Early arrivals are welcome, but please note this does not guarantee early check-in. You’re more than welcome to drop off your luggage, relax by the pool, or enjoy a first stroll around the village while we prepare your room.
Arrivals outside standard hours are possible—please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. If you’re not sure of your ETA yet, that’s perfectly fine; you can confirm it up to 48 hours before your arrival.
Late Check-Out Charges (subject to availability)

Check-out by 18:00: 50% of the daily rate
Check-out after 18:00: 100% of the daily rate

100 % prepayment 30 days before arrival per credit card to the lodging
If a room name includes the add-on “100% prepaid and not-refundable”, it means that with this rate type the total reservation value will be debited upon booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
