Low season:
For cancellations made at least 11 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply and the deposit will be refunded or credited for another stay.
For cancellations 10 days or more before arrival, we reserve the right to charge the total amount.
In case of early departure and late arrival, the total amount will be charged.

High season:
For cancellations made at least 22 days before the start of the vacation, no cancellation fees will be charged and the deposit will be refunded or credited for another stay.
For cancellations 21 days or more before arrival, we reserve the right to charge the total amount.
