Cancellation made between 30 and 0 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
Any changes in the reservation may imply changes in the prices
Cancellations made with 30 days or more from the check-in date: the hotel will refund the total amount of the deposit minus bank fees.

Cancellations with less than 30 days before check-in date or in case of of early departure: the hotel will not refund the deposit

Payment Policy

50 % prepayment at booking
This hotel has a 50% prepayment of the total amount of the stay, except for stays in public holidays period where the hotel request the full payment of the booking upon confirmation. Confirmation is only fully confirmed after the hotel has charged the prepayment on the credit card.
