To confirm your reservation, an initial payment is required, followed by a second payment of 70%. Additionally, a security deposit of 500 euros is requested. This deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your departure, provided no damages have occurred. In case of damages, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, or an additional payment may be required to cover the costs.

The rental price includes the use of WiFi, air conditioning, water and electricity (including washing bed linen, etc., maintenance of the pool and garden). The use of the heating (warm air conditioning) is not included.
Quinta Oliveira is a non-smoking villa, so no smoking in the villa, no pets, no (loud) music outside on the terrace. We do not rent to groups under 25 years of age. The house is calculated on the indicated number of people.
