Although the swimming pool is within a fenced area with access through iron gates, and signs and rescue measures are provided, children are to be under adult supervision at all times.

70 % prepayment 30 days before arrival by bank transfer to the lodging
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by at check-out
