Guests must respect the check in and check out times set by the property so that the rooms can be cleaned and prepared for the following guests.

Cancellation made more than 30 days before arrival: no charge
Cancellation made between 30 and 2 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
Cancellation made less than 2 days before arrival: 100 % of reservation value
No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value

The deposit to guarantee your stay varies according to how far in advance you book:

a) For bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of 50% will be charged and the remaining 50% will be due 30 days before arrival. Example: For a booking of €500 made on 1 April with arrival on 1 July, €250 will be charged when making the booking and the remaining €250 on 1 June.

b) If you make a booking less than 30 days before the arrival date, a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. For example: For a booking of €400 made on 1 May with arrival on 20 May, €400 will be charged when making the booking.
