No Show: 100 % of reservation value
Early departure: 100 % of reservation value
If you wish to take out cancellation insurance, you can contact your insurance broker for this. In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

up to 40 days before arrival 20% of the rent
from the 39th to the 16th day before arrival 50% of the rent
from the 15th to the 1 st day before arrival 90% of the rent
from 24 hours before arrival or at 'no-show' 100% of the rent

No oral cancellations are allowed. Only by e-mail.

Cancellation due to Covid-19 issues may result in a total refund, that refund will be made in the form of a voucher.

The rent is calculated per week.

The security deposit will be refunded one week after your harmless stay.
Deposit of 500(EUR) Euro (payable by bank transfer) against any damage or other funded claim by the owner required. Deposit will be repaid if no claims were raised by owner by per bank transfer
